Ran dial a fix and it ruined the ability EZAntivirus to use the email scanner in real time. I'm sick about this. Wish to god I never used your program. What a disaster for me.
Hi Sharon.
I am sorry you have had these issues. I can assure you that nothing Dial-a-fix has done can actually cause something like that, because Dial-a-fix only performs actions that Microsoft has already deemed safe in various knowledgebase articles (such as registering DLLs, starting and stopping services, and so on). If there really is an odd compatibility issue between Dial-a-fix and your antivirus, I would like to work at resolving it if possible.
What parts of Dial-a-fix did you use, and in what order? What issues were you having that prompted you to use Dial-a-fix? What did you have to do to get your virus scanner working again?
I will do whatever I can to resolve this with you, so just let me know. You can email me at 'dial-a-fix' @ this domain with more information if you'd like.
