No plugins, no. I've never used BartPE before, but unless your target's HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT is mounted in its normal place, DLL registrations won't do much good in there.

Thanks for this – very helpful – had to rebuild registry using RegDATXP after a bad disk crash and this finished off the dll re-registering nicely – good job – thanks.

It must not have downloaded completely (gotten corrupted, interrupted, or blocked somehow). If you have any software firewalls, turn them off (especially if it's NVIDIA's Firewall, or Norton Internet Security) and try to download it again. The file should be 342,528 bytes and the md5sum is a8538130d758b4dd24f13a74aaa5f0eb.
