A blue screen of death is an event that occurs when the processor traps an exception -- that is to say that the processor has realized something has happened that should not have happened (such as the overwriting of protected memory by a driver that doesn&#039;t own said memory) and has halted the system accordingly.  Blue screens of death are only caused by hardware and driver/service problems.  Dial-a-fix can&#039;t diagnose any of these types of issues, so I&#039;m quite confused.  Well, if you continue to have blue screens of death (as I suspect you eventually might), email me and I will try to help you out.  DjLizard@ (etc).</description>
