You are getting the recognition you deserve. It is nice to have a free utility to do some of that leg work for me. That talk show host kind of sounded like an elitist jerk though. I have been using your program to fix a multitude of problems for the past year or so in corporate, in-shop, and residential environments. I'm amazed at the number of techs I've met who have never heard of or used this program.
