It's last minute... but I'll be on Computer America from 11PM to Midnight (Eastern time). That's the second hour of the show. I'll be on with Steve Bass from PC World.
Steve is writing an article in November about hassle-free software... and he wants to give Dial-a-fix top billing! He also requested my presence on Computer America.

You mentioned in the first hour about using sysprep to reseal the PC and force hardware detection again.
Do you have any references or notes on this process you could pass on?
This sounds like it might be a useful tool to know how to use.
I am looking forward to seeing the next release of DAF. Hopefully it will be even better than the current version.

That's the second time you were supposed to be on the second hour and wound up on both hours. They should just bow to the inevitable and schedule you for two hours in the first place.
Anyway, I eventually got both hours downloaded and listened to - another very good show, congratulations.:-D
