When I had to do a reboot of my XP it would not download updates. Five hours on the phone with them and they could not figure it out....two minutes of Dial a Fix and it solved my problems. Now I am trying it again because I have a problem with Adobe Reader and a file that will crash Firefox and warn tht the DDL file does not exixt in Windows...Hope it will fix it.
